1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS), you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use this system.

2. Purpose of the System

The NCPSB HRMIS has been developed to facilitate online recruitment, vacancy management, staff administration, applicant management and other human resource functions of the Nandi County Public Service Board.

3. Eligibility

Only authorized applicants, employees and officers of the Nandi County Public Service Board may access specific services provided through this system.

4. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and truthful information.
• Keep login credentials confidential.
• Use the system only for lawful purposes.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access.
• Report suspected security incidents immediately.

5. Recruitment Disclaimer

Submitting an online application does not guarantee employment. Recruitment decisions shall be made strictly in accordance with the Constitution of Kenya, County Governments Act, Public Service Commission guidelines and applicable laws.

6. Privacy

Information collected through this portal shall only be used for legitimate human resource and recruitment purposes in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

7. Security

Users shall not introduce malicious software, attempt hacking, interfere with system operations or misuse the services provided.

8. Intellectual Property

All logos, content, software, databases and intellectual property associated with this system remain the property of the Nandi County Public Service Board.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Board shall not be liable for interruptions caused by maintenance, internet connectivity problems, force majeure or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

10. Amendments

The Nandi County Public Service Board reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the Constitution of Kenya, the County Governments Act, the Employment Act, the Data Protection Act, 2019 and all other applicable laws of Kenya.
